We deliver household items across all major cities and towns in India.
Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time or require alternate arrangements.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid household orders above ₹499.
Orders below ₹499 will have a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include a small handling fee.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (based on pin code).
Express Delivery (select locations): 1–3 business days.

Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

All household orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48
hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays &public holidays).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking ID.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, the package will be returned to us. Refunds (excluding shipping charges, if any) will be processed, or reshipment can be arranged with updated details.

6. Large / Fragile Household Items

Bulky or fragile household items (like appliances, glassware, or furniture) may require special packaging or scheduled delivery slots. Our team/courier partner will coordinate with you before delivery.

7. International Shipping

8. Important Notes

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen issues.
DailyDealShop.in is not responsible for delays once the order is handed to the courier, but our support team will assist you until it reaches your doorstep.
